Art and Subjectivity. The Days When We Have Been a Pandemic

Abstract

In the dense and complex horizon that has revealed the pandemic derived from COVID-19, the purpose of this text is to highligth some reference about how the field of the arts, the work of artists, and the rehabilitation of artistic education modes have been impacted, trying creative ways to continue in activity, reflecting and rethinking the place of art in crisis contexts. The purpose is to raise the urgency of articulating cultural politics that improve the economic situation of the cultural sector and that are respectful of the rights of cultural professionals. Newspapers articles, essays, academic forums, analyses, and reflections from different academic disciplines are explored.
