Abstract

Coconut fiber is one of the organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer because it contains the macro nutrients that the plant needs. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the best composition of the mixture of organic waste (coconut fiber, leather coffee and chicken dirt) to the solid fertilizer corresponding SNI. The study was conducted in four phases. The first stage is the preparation of organic waste (coconut husks, coffee skin and chicken manure) by reducing its size. The second stage is conducted testing of elements C, N, P and K from organic waste mixtures with variations of EM-4 bacteria (100, 200 and 300 mL). The third stage is tested with variations of organic waste mixture with the addition of the best EM-4 bacteria. The fourth stage is carried out daily pH and temperature measurements for a month in the second and third stages. The results of the study obtained the addition of the best
