Abstract

Special proresolving mediators (SPMs) limit the intensity of inflammation; however, their regulation is poorly understood. In this issue of Immunity, Li etal. (2013) describe bipolar roles for miR-466l in the promotion of inflammation and the induction of SPMs. © 2013 Elsevier Inc.
