Abstract

An investigation has been made on the effects of the annealing conditions and cooling rates on the Charpy impact value and other mechanical properties of Ti and Nb stabilized low C, N-19% Cr-2% Mo stainless steel sheets. Precipitation behavior has been investigated in connection with the manufacturing process.
