EVALUASI PROGRAM E-WARONG KUBE PKH BERDASARKAN PERMENSOS RI NOMOR 8 TAHUN 2017 DALAM UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DI KOTA BENGKULU (Studi pada Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the Evaluation of the E-WARONG KUBE PKH Program based on the RI Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 8 of 2017 in Poverty Reduction Efforts in Bengkulu City. The location of this research was conducted in Muara Bangkahulu District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to provide a clear picture of the research problem. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The informant selection technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique. This research aspect uses the theory of Bridgman and Davis, namely input, process, output and outcomes. The results showed that in the input aspect, namely human resources, funds and buildings, the Process namely the accuracy of the procedures for establishing the E-Warong KUBE PKH and the operational process of the E-Warong KUBE PKH, Output namely the assessment of results on the activities of E-Warong KUBE members. PKH and Outcomes namely the impact of being affected by the policy, have not been implemented properly because there are still various problems in the implementation of the KUBE PKH E-Warong. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the E-Warong KUBE PKH program in Muara Bangkahulu District has been carried out quite well but is not optimal.
