Abstract

HFpEF is a condition that represents elderly heart failure. Although no therapeutic method has been established to improve the prognosis of life, the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system inhibitor, angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor, is expected to be useful in some HFpEF. HFpEF is often associated with frailty, and a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach such as nutrition therapy, rehabilitation, and social support is the key to intervention.
