Non-drug therapy for dementia is a treatment that can be performed at various stages, from MCI to severe, in combination with drug therapy. In addition, non-pharmacological therapy is not only an approach to the patient himself, but also to the family, and is a meaningful treatment for the family. This article describes the principles of non-pharmacological treatment for dementia, and then introduces typical non-pharmacological treatments and explains the evidence.
