Resumen Este artículo explica el porqué del interés creciente de los papas, a partir de 1930, en temas relativos al matrimonio, a la sexualidad y a la bioética. Se ponen de relieve algunos aspectos importantes de los principales documentos del magisterio pontificio en la materia, se los contextúa históricamente y se señalan las persistencias y también las evoluciones en el discurso papal.Abstract This article explains the reasons for the increasing interest of the Papacy, since 1930, on matters related to marriage, sexuality and bioethics. It underscores some important aspects of the main pontifical documents about these subjects, presents their historical contexts and points to the variations and the continuities of the papal teachings.
