Abstract

Abstract The nature of classroom leadership is the ability of influencing and motivating students to achieve learning goal at school. Teachers can also be a leader during the learning process, either inside or outside the classroom. The expected goal is the teacher role in leading students should be in line with the leadership function which is related to the learning goal. A teacher should also understand good models of leadership, because good teaching and learning process is determined by the leadership style which relects the teachers’ leadership model in in-class teaching- learning process. The learning system of primary level is very different from that of secondary level, especially in the way of delivering the teaching material to students. Therefore, teachers’ leadership style should be adjusted to the condition of students at primary school. Keywords:
