Abstract

The work presents the synthesis of tertiary bismuthines containing heterocyclic aromatic rings of general formula (2-XC4H3)3Bi where X = S (1); O (2) or NMe (3). These bismuthines were characterized by IR, Raman, Mass, 1H, 13C, COSY NMR spectroscopy. Molecular structure of (2-C4H3O)3Bi (2) was determined by X-ray diffraction. Toxicity against larvae of Atremia Salina was determined.
