The first objective of this study is to identify any significant differences between Income, Food Expenditure, Non-Food Expenditure, Quality Service, and the Satisfaction of the Beneficiaries of Program Sembako (Nine Essential Food Materials Program) in urban area and in rural area. The second objective of this study is to understand the impact of Income, Food Expenditure, Non-Food Expenditure, Quality Servicetowards the Satisfaction of the Beneficiaries of Program Sembako. The study uses a quantitative research approach. Primary data was collected by questionnaire from the urban area of Kelapa Gading Timur sub-district of North Jakarta and the rural area of Cisarua Village of Sukabumi. The unit of analysis of the study is the beneficiary family of theProgram Sembako. Thestudy employs the multiple linear regression analysis and the t-test analysis. The result shows that there are significantdifferences between the quality services and the satisfaction of beneficiaries in these two areas. The result also shows that quality service of Program Sembakois the only independent variabels that significantlyaffects satisfaction of beneficiaries. The Quality of Service positively impacts the satisfaction of Beneficiaries.Hence, the result recommendsthat the urban-rural segregation isunnecessary and the improvement of quality servicesespecially related to the diversity, quality, and quantity of products in e-warong
