Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of organizational structure and  job satisfaction to- wards  employees’ performance at IAIN Bengkulu. This research using  the survey  method and  technical path analysis with the help of the SPSS program package. The population is all officers, lecturers and  employees as much as 262 civil servants. The sample in this  research are 98 elements of leadership in IAIN Bengkulu. The results showed that  there was a direct positive and  significant influence between organizational structure and  job satisfaction towards employ- ees’ performance IAIN Bengkulu. Based  on the  results of this  study,  the  researcher suggests in order to increase the organization’s commitment IAIN Bengkulu, it need to improve the organizational structure and  job satisfaction in the environment of IAIN Bengkulu.Keywords: Organizational Structure, Job Satisfaction, Organizational CommitmentTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh struktur organisasi (organizational structure) dan kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada IAIN Bengkulu. Menggunakan metode survey dan teknis analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan bantuan paket program SPSS. Populasi adalah seluruh pejabat, dosen dan pegawai sebanyak 262 pegawai negeri sipil (PNS). Dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98unsur pimpinan di lingkungan IAIN Bengkulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan antara struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai IAIN Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan jika ingin meningkatkan komitmen organisasi IAIN Bengkulu, perlu meningkatkan struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja di lingkungan IAIN Bengkulu.Kata Kunci: Struktur organisasi, Kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasi
