Abstrak Di era modern seperti ini, pembuatan perjanjian pernikahan (pra nikah) merupakan solusi Abstract In this modern era, making a marriage agreement (pre-nuptial) is the best solution for prospective married couples who are going to get married to protect the assets of the prospective married couple. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to provide counseling regarding pre-nuptial agreements that are legally and religiously justified, both regarding the position and legal consequences of marriage agreements on assets acquired during a post-divorce marriage. This service activity was carried out at the Wiyono Village Office, Gedong Tataan District, Pesawaran Regency. This activity was carried out on February 5, 2023. Participants in this activity totaled 36 people from the village of Wiyono. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture method with several stages, namely preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Based on the activities that have been carried out, there has been an increase in the understanding of residents regarding the topic of pre-nuptial agreements and joint assets in marriage that have been conveyed. This is supported by the average posttest result which increased by 27 points from the value before counseling was given. This activity is also expected to be able to minimize legal consequences in the event of a divorce, where the pre-nuptial agreement will facilitate and speed up the distribution of assets without a convoluted process.
