This research aimed to look at the dynamics that exist between psychological well-being, social support, job experience, and management competency when it came to employee performance. These factors explanation included in the literature. The data from 110 respondents will be analyzed using SmartPLS and the P-values to judge whether the hypothesis proves. The findings revealed that social support had no effect on performance, as did management competence, and job experience did not affect performance.
