In this paper we study the combinatorial, the topological and the periodic entropies of Zd subshifts of finite type. We show that the combinatorical and the topological entropies are equal. We give sufficient conditions for the periodic entropy to be equal to the topological entropy. © Elsevier Science Inc., 1997.
