In the above named paper,we claimed that the double circulant codeC106 given in Section 4 is a self-dual [106, 53, 16] code. As pointed out byYorgov [1], the code C106 is not self- dual. It is easy to see that C106 is not self-dual since the first row must be a vector of odd weight. The correct first row of C106 is as follows:
