Indonesia is now faced with two nutritional problems, namely malnutrition and infectious diseases that have not been fully resolved until now. Malnutrition will affect activities caused by malnutrition and poor diet. The goal of this study is to find the correlation between physical activity and diet on the nutritional status of elementary school children aged 9-13 years at State Elementary School 12 Dauh Puri. The study used quantitative analytical methods, a cross-sectional approach with anthropometric recording and survey collection through questionnaires. The research respondents were 87 people who met the research inclusion requirements. The data was then tested for correlation with Spearman Rank (significance level =0.05). Physical activity with nutritional status was found to be worth P=0.520, eating patterns with nutritional status were found to be worth P=0.013. There is no significant correlation between physical activity and nutritional status at State Elementary School 12 Dauh Puri but there is a significant correlation between diet and nutritional status at State Elementary School 12 Dauh Puri.
