Abstract

In the context of the rapid development of the digital economy and the digital transformation of enterprises, this study empirically analyzes 352 questionnaires from manufacturing companies. The results show that digital leadership positively affects green innovation and sustainability performance. Green innovation mediates between digital leadership and sustainability performance. Digital sustainability orientation strengthens the impact of digital leadership on green innovation. This study provides strong support for promoting the sustainable development of manufacturing companies and realizing low-carbon and environmental protection transformation.
