Abstract
The article focuses on "A Shared Vision for the 21st Century of the People's Republic of China and the Republic of India," the written document signed by Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Indian Premier Manmohan Singh designed to upgrade the relations between China and India. The document reaffirmed the commitment of China and India to intensify their bilateral cooperation from a global perspective. Wen and Singh have agreed to promote peace and prosperity between the two countries. It relates the highlights of Singh's visit in Beijing, China. INSET: Flourishing Relations.
