Abstract

Objectives: This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows:. To evaluate the efficacy and harms of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors for individuals with the core features (social interaction, communication, and restrictive and repetitive behaviours) of ASD. Secondary objective This review will also assess the effects of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors on non-core features of ASD.
