Abstract

The higher order mode distortion in measuring dielectric constants on high lossy, high permittivity liquids in the GHz range is investigated by a simulation procedure as well as by experiment. For this, a homodyne method for measuring ε* is introduced in analogy to precision EPR-work. © 1989, Verlag der Zeitschrift für Naturforschung. All rights reserved.
