The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling (census). Data were obtained through questionnaires and then tested for validity and reliability. The analyz tools usedd included simple linear regression, the F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The regression analysis produced a coefficient of 0.449, indicating that training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, the F-test value of 20.734 with a significance level of-0.000(<0.05),and the t-test results confirmed the validity of model. Based on the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.325, it was found that training contributes 32.5% to performance improvement, while the-remaining 67.5% is-influenced by other factors. These finding-suggest that enhancing the-quality &-effectiveness of training is essential to optimize employee performance
