Abstract

Indonesia is a rich nation with diversity, so that democracy becomes o real concept to forming the character of the Indonesian nation. At this time, democracy is not only understood as a form or system of government, but becomes the live pattern of nation and state. So that democracy society is interpreted as the order of society in a region that has the noble ideals in realizing prosperity for the whole through the context of democracy as an effective tool and space to realize it.
