Abstract

The article substantiates the need to use express control to check the quality of various products in the form of a liquid, gel or bulk materials. A technique for express control of quality of various products based on the phenomenon of nuclear magnetic resonance is proposed. This technique makes it possible to obtain information on the results of research in digital form and automatically place it on the Internet. Within the framework of the 'Internet of things' concept, leave online for users of this medium their opinion on the quality of goods. The results of experimental studies of liquid media are presented.
