Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and review more about the accreditation standards group II chapter 5 the Qualifications and Education staff in the department Dr.Sardjito especially medical records staff. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, and a cross-sectional study design. Subjects examined in this design is the Head of the Medical Record, and personnel records are medis.Objek research personnel file, the data kredensialing, document verification and STR diploma from the original source, and document review staff when there is an indication of the findings related to hospital quality improvement efforts. Dr.Sardjito Hospital has implemented a hospital accreditation and JCI accreditation in 2014 All medical records are generally involved in the preparation of hospital accreditation and JCI accreditation, but only 3 were entered into a standard team. From a total of 101 medical records staff, there are 22 staff with education past high school when registering as Dr.Sardjito Hospital staff and 20 staff who do not have the STR and SIK. In addition, the medical records staff credentials already done once in 2012.
