Abstract

This is a study of training for the Local Non-stipendiary Ministry within the Anglican Church Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich. The article explores the extent to which the study can be identified as “Action Research”, describes the research undertaken with three local groups, and attempts to set the issues that are identified within a national Church context. © 1993, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
