Abstract
Channeled domains with sinusoidal boundaries were considered to investigate the impact of domain shape on wave propagation in excitable media. Oregonator model was used to study the periodic generation of train of fronts for a photosensitive Belousov-Zabotinsky reaction. The analysis depicted the asymptotic accomodation of the train of fronts in quasiperiodic spatial configurations and synchronization with the local time-periodic stimulation in the excitable media.
