Abstract
At present the business environment is changing very fast with economic performance and achieving international competitiveness. The main Moto of the organizations with respected to the employee’s attendance at work is to improve productivity and organizational commitment. New industries creating the environment with arise, restructuring, enterprise bargaining, development of the employee and improving the employment conditions. The research was conducted in Johnson Control Automotive Limited Bidadi, Bangalore to find the absenteeism rate in the organization.
