This article considers innovation as a primary challenge of leadership. Leaders need to adapt, create and innovate and develop the capacity for on-going change, while ensuring constancy of identity and values. In fact, every change, every burst of creativity, begins by identifying a problem or opportunity that somebody finds meaningful. As leaders, they need to involve everybody who is affected by the change.
