Inklusion durch digitale Medien?

Abstract

Ein Weiterbildungsangebot für pädagogisch-pflegerische Fachkräfte zum Thema Inklusion und digitale Medien wurde im Rahmen des Projektes PADIGI – Partizipation digital entwickelt. Mit Blick auf den Arbeitsalltag des Fachpersonals, das häufig im Schichtdienst tätig ist, wurde der Kurs Inklusiv digital als Blended-Learning-Format konzipiert. Zwei Erprobungen bieten die Möglichkeit, begleitend zu evaluieren, wie ein solches Format fortführend angepasst werden muss, um Fachkräften eine bestmögliche Basis zur Auseinandersetzung mit dem Themenfeld zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es zeigt sich, dass insbesondere der Praxisanteil des Kurses – die Erstellung eines Medienprojektes mit den eigenen Klientinnen und Klienten – als wertvoll erlebt wird. Starre Strukturen, wie etwa Hürden in den Arbeitsstätten, stellen die Fachkräfte allerdings vor Herausforderungen. Der Kurs und eine Handreichung stehen nach der Projektlaufzeit auf www.padigi-medienkompetenz.de als Open Educational Resources (OER) zur Verfügung.Within the research project PADIGI – Partizipation digital a continuing educational offer that focuses on inclusion and digital media was developed, aiming at people working in educational and nursing fields. Adapting the offer to the work shifts of the target group, the course Inklusiv digital was designed as a blended learning setting. Two trials provided the opportunity to evaluate the implementation. Based on the results, both structure and contents of the course could be adjusted continuously. On the one hand, it became apparent that especially the practical part of the course, developing a media project together with persons with cognitive disease, was highly appreciated. On the other hand, inflexible structures of some institutions and workplaces posed a challenge for the participants.
