Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the relationship between Return on Asset, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover has an influence or not on the Dividend Payout Ratio in Business Index Companies-27. This research approach uses a correlational approach. The population used in this study was 54 companies and 13 companies met the criteria (Purposive Sampling). The data collection technique used in this study uses documentation techniques and the data source used in this study is a secondary data source published by the company on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com. The data analysis techniques used in this study are quantitative techniques, namely by testing classical assumptions, testing correlation coefficients, testing coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data management using SPSS version 28 for windows. The results of this study show that Return on Assets, and Total Asset Turnover have no effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, while the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio show an effect and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio.
