Análisis textual y jurídico comparado para la traducción: el caso de las capitulaciones matrimoniales alemanas y españolas

Abstract

Interlingual and intercultural comparison of legal text types offers evidence of distinctiv features of the legal systems in which the texts are based, as well as revealing differen textual conventions that characterize national legal languages. Therefore, comparativ analysis can yield interesting results for translation of legal texts which involves two differen legal systems and two different linguistic cultures. The aim of this paper is to prov this hypothesis by comparing German and Spanish nuptial agreements using a comparativ legal and text analytical methodology.
