POLA PENGASUHAN IBU BEKERJA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN MORAL ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract

Article History: Kata Kunci : Pola asuh, Ibu bekerja, Moral, Anak usia dini This study aims to determine the parenting pattern of working mothers on the moral development of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method of three working mothers and children aged 5 to 6 years through in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that working mothers have provided moral education to early childhood through the cultivation of good attitudes such as the cultivation of polite attitudes, ways of speaking, character attitudes such as honesty and tolerance towards others. Parenting challenges experienced by working mothers in moral development are time management between work and educating children, the three working mothers also need help from other caregivers such as parents (grandmothers) or household assistants to be able to assist in educating children, especially in moral development. children to be optimal.
