ABSTRAKBerbagai keluhan sering dirasakan ibu nifas seperti nyeri perut bagian bawah yang semakin bertambah saat menyusui bayinya, badan pegal, nyeri luka jalan lahir, gangguan pencernaan dan sebagainya. Berbagai upaya untuk memulihkan kembali alat kandungan serta menguatkan otot-otot rahim dan perut pada ibu nifas diantaranya melalui mobilisisai dini dan senam nifas. Serangkaian aktivitas fisik pada senam nifas melalui gerakan tubuh yang dihasilkan oleh kontraksi otot kerangka tubuh yang dapat meningkatkan energi dengan tujuan meningkatkan kebugaran fisik agar ibu nifas mampu melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari dengan semangat. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan didaptkan rumusan masalah berupa terbatasnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan mengenai senam nifas di wilayah puskesmas Talagasari Kabupaten karawang. Dengan demikian diperlukan pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya kader kesehatan yang bertujuan agar kader mampu menjalankan peran dan tugasnya dalam mendukung program kesehatan ibu dan anak diantaranya melalui pelatihan senam nifas. Metode pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan. Adapun penyampaian materi pengetahuan menggunakan metode ceramah tanya jawab, sedangkan keterampilan senam nifas menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan simulasi. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan dengan jumlah responden 52 kader kesehatan. Pelatihan dalam kegiatan ini memberikan implikasi berupa peningkatan pengetahuan responden hingga sebesar 12, 72 sedangkan keterampilan responden meningkat sebesar 55,1. Kegiatan pengabdian telah memberikan manfaat khususnya bagi responden serta bagi seluruh masyarakat Kecamatan Telagasari Kabupaten Karawang secara umum. Kegiatan pengebdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan di beberapa desa lainnya di wilayah Puskesmas Telagasari maupun lainnya di Kabupaten KarawangKata Kunci: Kader, nifas, senam.ABSTRACTVarious complaints are often felt by postpartum mothers such as lower abdominal pain that increases when breastfeeding the baby's body aches, pain from birth canal wounds, digestive disorders, and so on. A series of physical activities in postpartum gymnastics through body movements produced by skeletal muscle contractions that can increase energy with the aim of increasing physical fitness so that postpartum women are able to carry out daily tasks with enthusiasm. Based on the preliminary study, the formulation of the problem was found in the form of limited knowledge and skills of health cadres regarding postpartum gymnastics in the area of Talagasari Public Health Center, Karawang Regency. Thus, it is necessary to empower the community, especially health cadres, which aims to make the cadres able to carry out their roles and duties in supporting maternal and child health programs, including through postpartum gymnastics training. The community service method used is training. The delivery of knowledge material uses the question-and-answer lecture method, while postpartum gymnastics skills use demonstration and simulation methods. The service activity was carried out for 3 months with a total of 52 health cadres as respondents. The training in this activity has implications in the form of increasing respondents' knowledge by 12,72 while respondents' skills increase by 55,1. Service activities have provided benefits, especially for respondents and for the entire community of Telagasari District, Karawang Regency in general.
