Abstract

In our article we analyse the relevance of public sector contracting for the economy and the importance of public transparency to avoid corruption and inefficiency in public institutions. Currently we find two different laws with transparency rules that may be applicable to public contracting, in the following pages we will delimit the rules contained in each law and in which cases each of them should be used.
