Pengukuran Konsep Amanah dalam Pendekatan Kualitatif dan Kuantitatif

Abstract

Amanah is the basic foundation of human social relations. This study consisted of two studies, study 1 aims to find the concept of amanah in using the prototype methodology with total number of 444 participants and study 2 aims to create a new of measuring amanah based on findings of study 1 with total number of 201 participants. The results of study 1 showed that the amanah is a person who have a positive character (trusteed, responsibility, honesty) and do task. While the results of study 2 showed that the scale of the amanah has a high reliability consists of three factors, namely integrity, do the task and benevolence.
