Abstract

Abstract: This review discusses contemporary approaches to designing sensory systems for the identification and determination of nucleic acids (NAs) without amplifying target molecules. Here we summarize the data about methods based on surface plasmon resonance and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, as well as their possibilities, limitations, and prospects for further development.
