Abstract

Properly designed genome-wide screening strategies can provide new insights into biological processes and/or biomarkers for malignant diseases. In this issue of Cancer Cell, Huang et al. demonstrate that the Krüppel zinc-finger protein ZNF423 is critical for retinoic acid signaling and is likely a favorable prognostic marker for neuroblastoma. © 2009 Elsevier Inc.
