Abstract

This is a short review focusing on leptin immunoinflammatory mechanisms that ultimately may contribute to lung cancer development. We explored the complex and intricate interaction of leptin with immune cells to propose a pathway of inflammation-associated lung cancer development. © 2007International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer.
