Abstract

SOCS1 and SOCS3 are specific inhibitors for JAK tyrosine kinases. In this issue of Immunity, Babon et al. (2012) discovered the inhibition mechanism of SOCS3 by employing nuclear magnetic resonance and classical enzyme kinetics. © 2012 Elsevier Inc.
