Abstract

Chen et al. identify the H3K36me2 methyltransferase Nsd2 as a critical regulator of germinal center B (GCB) cell-follicular dendritic cell adhesion. Nsd2 directly regulates expression of multiple actin polymerization-related genes in GCB cells. Loss of Nsd2 leads to reduced GCB BCR signal, antigen acquisition, and affinity maturation.
