Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of project based learning on computer student teachers and investigate self evaluation of students versus teacher evaluation as well. In this qualitative study, the participants were 55 junior student teachers (35 male, 20 female) at Ege University. The students were asked to respond ten semi-structured questions in a form. In order to fulfill the reliability of data analysis, two researchers seperately analysed the qualitative data, the percentage of agreement was 0.75. Moreover, the students' projects were evaluated by instructors and students themselves and the correlations among them were tested statistically. © 2009.
