He is not bias or prejudice, is a very superficial way of seeing things. It is protected by the State, it's real policies laid down in the laws and the Constitution of each country, a scientific magazine, social or informative or a person it may not discriminate against anyone for their genre or nationality or sexual orientation. Today in Venezuela we have a Constitution and our laws, discussed and approved by the people, everyone who wanted to participate made and let your opinion, .voto, proposed etc.and then they were punished in the National Assembly to give a character of law. Today again we are reforming the Constotiucion, we are creating regional groups for discussion and make our proposals for change or not, because it still has flaws and we must resolve them correct them and update them, in our laws, there is Social Equality, Gender and Sexual Orientation and freedom of religión (thing that I oppose and would like to eradicate the Humanity, but I can not only change the desire of a people). As a result of our Laws no scientific journal, institution, etc. can create rules or rules contrary to the law, if a person is discriminated against, can act legally against whom it or has discriminated against it.
