About this group

The Inouye Database had its beginnings in the 1970s when Dr. David Inouye began collecting reprints and photocopies of papers related to bees and pollination. In the 1980s Dr. Inouye broadened his reading and reprint collection to prepare for writing a book for pollination biologists. He converted his collection to an electronic bibliographic database using Papyrus, then EndNote, and finally to this form as a Mendeley group. Last updated February 2013.
