Abstract

The crime of robbery in Poland is analysed on the basis of the statistical data, and practice at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Cracov. The insobriety of the victims of robberies is seen to be one of the key problems for medicolegal examination and legal investigation. It also throws some light on the problem of the etiology of the crime of robbery. © 1974.
