In this Letter, almost periodic Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with delay is studied. By constructing appropriate linear auxiliary equations, sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the existence of almost periodic solution. Moreover, global exponential stability on almost periodic solution is investigated by Lyapunov method. At last, an example is given to show the effectiveness of results in this Letter. © 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
