Abstract

The geometrical proof for the asymptotic completeness of the wave operators and the absence of a singular continuous spectrum of the Hamiltonian is extended to cover singular potentials where the Hamiltonian is defined as a form sum, and long-range interactions like Coulomb forces. © 1979.
