Abstract

Using antigen-soaked nitrocellulose sheets stamped to Teraski plates, a microtechnique was devised for detecting bound biotinylated monoclonal antibodies which readily demonstrated non-overlapping epitopes. This procedure is simple, sensitive and rapid and is useful in screening hybridoma supernatants. © 1994.
