Ten cases of trauma to the orbit and orbital region are presented to illustrate the efficacy of computed tomography in the radiologic evaluation of these injuries. CT was able to detect subarachnoid hemorrhage, retrobulbar hematoma, orbital cellulitis, foreign bodies, intraglobal and intraorbital air, dislocated lens, blowout, and tripod fractures in these patients. © 1982.
