Abstract

The 3′-terminal nucleoside ends of completed RNA chains synthesized in the DNA-dependent RNA polymerase reaction by E. coli RNA polymerase with T4 and T7 DNA as templates consist mostly, if not exclusively, of uridine. © 1970.
